So Q Drinks made Q Ginger Beer exactly how we like it: with an extra big ginger punch, but also clean and crisp rather than sickly sweet. It’s exactly what you and your vodka, rum, tequila and whiskey are looking for. And it won’t leave you feeling like you slept in a rum barrel battered by stormy seas. Q SPARKLING GRAPEFRUIT
Grapefruits naturally taste fresh, bitter and tart with just a hint of sweetness. So a sparkling grapefruit should taste fresh, bitter and tart with just a hint of sweetness, right? But most grapefruit sodas are loaded with sugar. Like they're trying to hide the realt grapefruit flavor from us! Well, we love real, fresh grapefruit juice. And Q Drinks makes Q Grapefruit with lots of real grapefruits grown in sunny Florida. So it tastes like real grapefruits— fresh, bitter, and tart. Just like you like it. And only 50 calories! (Less than half the calories compared to San Pellegrino Pompelmo.) According to legend, in 1750 the Reverend Griffith Hughes was visiting Barbados, searching for the origin of the tree of good and evil in the Garden of Eden (next Tough Mudder anyone?) All of a sudden he came across a tree he had never seen before. It was a naturally occurring hybrid of the Shaddock crossed with the Orange. Maybe it was the heat, but the good Reverend was struck by this tree and its uniquely delicious fruit. The Reverend declared it "the Forbidden Fruit" and for over a hundred years that's what everyone called the grapefruit. No word on whether he also named the Lambada...

MERLET BROTHERS BLEND COGNAC
Since 1850, the Merlet family has produced some of the finest Cognacs and liqueurs at their distillery in the village of Saint Sauvant, France. Five generations and over 160 years of experience are reflected in every bottle. Starting as a private distiller for major Cognac houses including Hennessy and Martell, Merlet now creates its own brand and label -- arguably representing today's best value on the market. From this top Cognac producer comes Merlet Brothers Blend, a Cognac made from a blend of different vintages "eaux-de-vies" from 4 to 12 years old within the Grande Champagne area at a proportion of one fifth. This is a Cognac which gives itself away to the simple pleasure of the palate. A savoury, fruity and spicy Cognac and responding to the following challenge: delighting us. ABV: 40%. Merlet Brothers Blend proposes an elegant and energetic nose characterized by cooked apricot, quince, white flowers, cinnamon and vanilla notes. On the palate it reveals delicate notes of white fruits (peach and apricot) and a subtle wood. This is a supple and balanced Cognac with a pleasant lingering aftertaste. Merlet Brothers Blend suits very well to consumption with ice. Its elegance makes it a perfect Cognac for classic cocktails such as the Sidecar.

C2 CASSIS & COGNAC LIQUEUR
Cognac and cassis, together, in the same bottle. Oh yes. A remarkable Cognac-based-fruit liqueur. No longer will you have to combine these two excellent flavours together yourself - now you can enjoy jammy blackcurrant and rich Cognac notes from the same bottle. Blend of VSOP type Cognac with "Cassis de Saintonge" (blackcurrant) macerations from the Distillerie Merlet & Fils. ABV: 33%. On the nose the powerful fruitiness of the blackcurrant comes first. Then comes the evolved side of the Cognac which brings to the overall some Kirsch and Madeira notes. The first mouth is also very much predominated by the power of the blackcurrant, then we move on to jammed blackberry flavours. Pleasant balance between alcohol and sugar. The Cognac lengthens the aftertaste and also leaves at the end a cheering warmness.
C2 CAFE & COGNAC LIQUEUR

MERLET LIQUEURS
Merlet Fruit Liqueurs are true craft French products, based on artisanal techniques and modern mastery developed by the Merlet family over the generations. Their exceptional quality is the results of essential factors. Fruit quality: The Merlet family chose themselves the fruits for their liqueurs. Either they grow them on their own estate, or work with exclusive farmers. Natural fruits infusions: The cordials produced by Merlet are made from fresh fruits macerated in neutral spirit. They have vibrant and concentrated flavors due to the quantity of fruits used and their perfect maturity. Total mastery of the production chain: Merlet control the fruits quality, the maceration techniques, the blending and bottling.
BITTERMENS LIQUEURS
As with their Bitters, Bittermens have created a range of bold, powerful, unique liqueurs for the modern cocktail bartender. From the Quinine Tonic-based Commonwealth Liqueur, the bitter orange and grapefruit Ameres, and the bittersweet New Orleans Coffee Liqueur, the Bittermens line of liqueurs are truly something special, and a great way to stand out from the crowd. Established in 2007 by Avery and Janet Glasser, Bittermens is one of the largest producers of high-quality artisanal cocktail bitters and intriguing extracts. After joining forces with long-time friend and expert producer of vermouth and cordials Mayur Subbarao, the company exanded to include a distinctive line of full-flavored liqueurs. The liqueur bottles are lovingly adorned with the colorful illustrations of Ipomee-Dwan. Try all of their unique flavors. Examples include Hiver Amer, whose cinnamon, gentian and bitter orange adds nice spice to tiki cocktail, and Amer Sauvage which features a gentian base with floral notes from chamomile and citru peel. Worth trying them all. Enjoy!
BITTERMENS BITTERS
In 2007, Avery Glasser had a crazy idea: make better bitters. But unlike other existing bitters, he wasn’t content to recreate the style and flavors of bitters that had ever been used before. No, Avery wanted to create his own unique, original products. Producing the first Xocolatl Mole bitters (now widely copied), Avery moved on to other intensely flavorful, unique recipes, like Boston Bittahs and Hopped Grapefruit. Riding off of universal acclaim from bartenders, mixologists, and customers, Bittermens have expanded into one-of-a-kind shrubs, extracts, and bitter liqueurs. And they’re nowhere near done yet. If you want to stand out from the crowd, and get a real taste of originality, passion, flavor, and – we’ll be honest – just a touch of crazy, the Bittermens collection is exactly what you’re looking for.

MAD MARCH HARE POITÍN
Poitín (pronounced "poteen") is derived from the Irish word for "little pot", referring to the small home-made copper pot stills in which it was made for centuries in Ireland. Poitín is one of humanity's first distilled spirits. Before there was whiskey, there was poitín. Early records from over 1,400 years ago show poitín distilled in Irish monasteries. It was called "uisce beatha" in Gaelic, meaning "water of life". The the word "uisce" was anglicized as "whiskey" by the English. And thus, the popularity of whiskey across Europe was born. After private distilleries were banned in Ireland in the 1660s, poitín devotees continued to secretly home-brew poitín in rural hideouts as poitín became part of Irish folklore. Until now. Mad March Hare Poitín brings the rich tradition of poitín back to its rightful place -- as an expertly-crafted malted barley spirit shared in camaraderie with friends. Mad March Hare uses only the best, locally sourced, malted barley. Fine Irish Poitín needs fine ingredients, and so most of our barley suppliers are local farmers within a couple miles of our stills with equally rich histories. Universal Exports is proud to be the first distributor to introduce this category to our local market!
PAMPERO RUM
Ron Pampero was founded in 1938 by Alejandro Hernández in Venezuela. Pampero Aniversario Rum spends a minimum of 5 years in mature American Oak casks, creating an incredibly complex and delicious sipping rum. A unique blend of the best rums from special reserves of Pampero, it is blended only when each barrel is at its peak in flavour and quality, then aged in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks for exceptional flavor. Rum owes its worldwide acclaim to a simple plant: sugar cane. Distilled for centuries from sugar cane molasses, rum originated in the Caribbean during the 1600s. Rum owes its existence to the African laborers who first invented it after discovering that byproducts of the sugar refining process (molasses) could be fermented into a tasty spirit. Legend has it that the word "rum" (which came to be called "ron" in Spanish) was derived from the word "rumbullion", meaning a "great uproar", a term sometimes attributed to strong liquor at the time.
MATUSALEM RUM
Matusalem Rum helped define Cuba's "Golden Age" of the 1930-1950s. Matusalem Rum has continued to be produced following the same family tradition, recipe and style for over 140 years. Now produced and bottled in the Dominican Republic, Matusalem Rum continues to be made the same way, using only the highest quality ingredients, then selecting and aging the purest spirits. Soil, climate and quality of sugar cane, combined with the family’s secret formula, enables the company to recreate the rum that helped define Cuba’s “Golden Age”.
GOSLING'S RUM
A product of Bermuda, Gosling's Black Seal Rum is rich, smooth, full-‐bodied and nuanced. Its original recipe dates back to the mid-nineteenth century. A blend of aged rums distilled from molasses, Gosling's Black Seal Rum is the key ingredient of the famous Dark ‘n Stormy cocktail. Gosling’s Gold Rum is aged a minimum of 4 years and is a lighter, more refreshing style. Perfect for a Cuba Libre or the base of any number of cocktails. Gosling's Old Rum is the treasure of the Gosling’s family of brands. Only the finest barrels, aged from 16 to over 30 years, are selected and blended for this remarkable sipping rum. The bottle is based on the original champagne bottles and sealed with black wax, from whence we get the “Black Seal” name.
SPYTAIL BLACK GINGER RUM
SPYTAIL Black Ginger Rum is Caribbean Rum blended and bottled in Cognac, France. SPYTAIL is based on a 19th century traditional recipe of aging fresh ginger root and spices in barrels of Rum — resulting in a rich, spicy and complex spirit. SPYTAIL is named after a legendary submarine, plans for which were discovered by our distillers. The first mechanical submarines in the world were invented in France and tested on the Charente River which flows nearby our distillery. These were the submarines which were the inspiration for Jules Vernes' famous novel: 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. SPYTAIL Black Ginger Rum is delicious neat, on ice, with ginger ale, ginger beer, or as an ingredient in your favorite rum cocktail.

123 ORGANIC TEQUILA
123 (Uni Dos Tres) Tequila founder David Ravandi was inspired to design a brand specifically with wine enthusiasts in mind. The delicate floral aromas and complex mineral flavors found in 123 Organic Tequila are the result of artisanal, small-batch distillation and estate hand bottling. From pristine agave plantations to iconic bottles that are hand-blown from recycled glass and labeled with recycled paper and soy inks, sustainability is the hallmark of this exceptional brand. Explore the connection between tequila’s cultural heritage and the pure expression of terroir. 123 Organic Tequila begins its journey to your glass as pure juice pressed from the roasted heart of Blue Agave. Like pulque, the sacred ceremonial drink of the Aztecs, this sweet mosto is fermented and then transformed by the careful art of distillation into the purest 100% Blue Agave tequila. Grown on the same ancient volcanic soils that once sustained the Aztecs, the agave plantations that flourish on our hacienda near the town of Tequila have been sustainably cultivated for centuries and from these pristine estate fields comes the expressive character of 123 Organic Tequila. The origins of tequila can be found in the legend of the Aztec goddess Mayahuel whose story is depicted on our labels. According to ancient legend, Mayahuel dwelled in the sky with the star demons, the Tzitzimime, that are said to battle the sun each dusk and dawn. When it was discovered that Mayahuel had eloped with the feathered snake god Quetzacoatl, the Tzitzimime descended to earth in pursuit. In an effort to escape, the couple disguised themselves as the forked branches of a tree but Mayahuel’s hiding place was revealed when the tree split in two and she fell to the earth. Agave plants sprang forth from where she fell. From the milky sap of the first agave plants, the Aztec gods created the fermented elixir pulque which they gave as a gift of comfort. From that time forward, legend attributes the origin of agave and the creation of pulque to this fertile goddess.
EL LUCHADOR ORGANIC TEQUILA
Inspired by the famed masked wrestlers of Mexico, tequilero David Ravandi has created El Luchador, a unique distill-proof Organic Blanco tequila. This deep, velvety 110-proof spirit is favored by mixologists as a foundation for building authentic, classic cocktails and for enjoying as an agave digestif. Our Blanco's journey began at 4,200 ft. in the heartland of Tequila where agaves flourish in the iron-rich soils of our certified organic estate. Here, El Luchador is distilled using artisanal methods and produced and packaged with the utmost respect for the environment. Appropriately racy on the nose, El Luchador is brimming with agave, lemon pepper, and fresh, sea salt aromas. Rich and powerful, just as you'd expect from a 110-proof spirit, but also silky-sweet with notes of nougat, coconut and agave flavors that build on the finish, offering white pepper, lemongrass, and soothing touches of mint as they fade. Creamy and complex, it strikes a balance between sweet and savory that brings contemporary cocktails to life. Like the unique traditions of the luchador, our tequila is a unique, distill-proof expression created with the tequila connoisseur in mind. El Luchador...the proof is in the glass.

BRUXO NO.1
The excellent newly arrived Bruxo No.1 Mezcal is one of the most luscious and approachable mezcal we've ever come across. Distilled from 100% espadin (the popular variety of agave named for a Spanish ceremonial sword), this mezcal uses it's smokiness to frame and enhance the incredibly delicious fruit and floral aromas rather than smother them. Bruxo (pronounced “brew-hoe”), meaning “wizard” in Spanish, will frequently cast a happy spell on you and the party. There's wonderful texture and richness even at 80 proof, and the quality of the spirit itself is what really stands out. Of course, the name of this product also add to its mystique.
Tasting notes: “This is an approachable style that's both sweet and floral, with milk chocolate, vanilla and honeysuckle flavors up front. Rich notes of roasted agave, earth and a light subtle smoke round it out. This would be a great mezcal to sip as a digestif following a big meal!"
- Amanda Schuster
BRUXO NO.2
When we think of Pechuga, which means "breast," we associate this style of mezcal with poultry. Bruxo's Pechuga, the work of maestro Pablo Garcia, is an unusual vegetarian creation in which the roasted maguey heart is infused in the mezcal itself for a bolder agave flavor profile. The base spirit is a blend of espadín and wild (barril) varietals. Tasting notes: "This is a Pechuga for the true agave lover - full-bodied, full-flavored and full-on! It's at once floral, chocolatey, sweet and spicy with a viscous texture that has a surprisingly clean finish. The only thing that might disappoint mezcal fans is there is very little smoke, but it makes up for that in saltiness and overall uniqueness." - Amanda Schuster
MARCA NEGRA ARROQUENO MEZCAL
Mezcal is often referred to as the South of the Border cousin to Islay Scotch. While not every bottle merits this comparison, the new line from Mezcal Marca Negra stands out with distinct smokiness and a strong, proud identity of where it was grown. Every bottle of Marca Negra contains information on the type of agave used, where it was made, the master distiller’s name and even the batch and bottle number — quite literally, a thumbprint of its origin. Mezcal is gaining popularity around the world as consumers are lured by the mysterious yet compelling, smoky, rich spirit. Mezcal offers something truly artisanal, often passed down generation to generation, from father to son. Look for two distinct, limited bottlings of Marca Negra, each a pure form of the type of Agave used — Espadín and Tobalá. You’ll recognize the striking bottle by the distinct black fingerprints of the mezcal maestro…or by the sold out note.
MALFY ITALIAN GIN
Malfy Gin is new in town, coming from Moncalieri in Italy near Turin. Try Malfy's flagship Limone flavor, whose distinguishing ingredient is its lemon peel shaved from lemons grown on the Italian coast having spent many hours soaking up the sun's energy and salt spray from the ocean. Following on from their hugely popular lemon gin, Malfy have created an equally delicious Orange version (using Sicilian blood orange peels) and Rosa version (tart pink grapefruit and sweet Italian rhubarb). All of their gins use Italian juniper berries, 6 secret botanicals, and Sicilian Spring Water. Malfy Gin's naturally flavored fruit gin really is a sun-soaked treat! The design shouts out bright Mediterranean colours of a peacock strolling along the beach. The cork has a blue rubber stopper encased in original Italian oak & thoughtfully designed blown glass proudly calls out the country of origin to finish off the design. The first sip wakes the senses with explosions of lemon sherbert and memories of Limoncello. Fresh and thirst-quenching flavours transport you back to warm Italian coastlines, waves lapping on beaches, and time spent relaxing in a shady bar.

Gilles rests the final distillate in XO Cognac casks from France, giving Leblon an extra-special touch. Leblon Cachaça has a delicate, fruity nose, combined with an ultra smooth finish.
MACCHU PISCO
Made from Quebranta grapes, Macchu Pisco is a brand of Peruvian Pisco that recalls the earliest examples of this Andean Spirit. Distilled in Copper pot stills using only the hearts of distillation, the Macchu Pisco is a lightly aromatic, smooth Pisco, with hints of wood, smoke, pepper, and spices.
COCALERO CLASICO HERBAL SPIRIT
Cocalero Cocalero is an Authentic South American Herbal Spirit, named after the legendary Cocaleros that ply their trade high up in the Andes Mountains. The Cocaleros of Peru and Bolivia have been cultivating the coca leaf crop for centuries. We take only the highest quality coca leaves and blend the Coca Leaf distillate with our secret recipe of 16 other botanicals including Amazonian Guarana, Ginseng, Ginger and Green Tea. The cocoleafs are dried and shipped to the state of the art distillery where they are macerated and then steam distilled. Steam distillation is a highly specialized process that was pioneered by the perfume industry for the extraction of delicate flavours and aromas that make Cocalero a unique brand with real character.
